Q: Can I submit my 'Super 8' holiday film?
A: We've got nothing against your holiday footage (as long as it is responding to the theme of restriction in some way) but you can only send in films in formats stated on the Submission Form. Super 8 is not one of these.
Q: Go on then, remind me, what formats can I send my film in?
A: PAL or NTSC - MiniDV, DVcam, BetaSP, DigiBeta, DVD.
Q: I have v4 of the Submission Form and I'm not sure if the maximum permitted film length is three minutes or ten?
A: It is ten minutes - but we do prefer short films to be short!
